The delegation consisted of Prof. Christine Clerici, President of the University Paris Diderot, Prof. Jacques Bittoun, President of the University Paris-Sud, Prof. Alain Beretz, President of the University of Strasbourg, Prof. Yannick d’Escatha, President of the University of Technology of Troyes, Prof. Gilles Baillat, President of the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, Dr. Marc Renner, vice president of the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Prof. Jean-Luc Clément, adviser for research at the delegation of European and International Relations and Cooperation at the French Ministry of National Education, Higher education and Research, and Deborah Levy, special assistant to the Conference of University Presidents. The delegation was accompanied by Anne Baer, technical advisor for innovation and strategic partnerships of the French Foreign Ministry in Tel Aviv.
