Last June, Mayor Emanuel and the presidents of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and the University of Chicago have unveiled the action program for a new high-profile joint initiative of the two universities to develop novel and game-changing water technologies. While system solutions to water production and treatment abound, few have looked at the problem at the molecular level.
