Tech for the Planet: Waste and IoT, FAMAE presents its challenge, 1st of Februar 2018

Afeka Institute of Circular Engineering and Economy (AICEE) is inviting engineers, developers and designers in high tech companies, to an event on circular engineering potential in Israel. We are fortunate to host in Israel Eric Philippon, president of the French fund FAMAE*, who will describe their 1 Million Euro innovation challenge for solutions to household waste problems.

We are entering the 4th industrial revolution. Circular economy, being one of its major pillars – is a design and a system framework aiming to solve environmental challenges using innovative technologies and novel business models. Circular economy offers an opportunity for tech-savvy and creative innovators to apply their skills to “change the system from within” (to quote Leonard Cohen) and build a profitable, regenerative and equitable economy. This meetup is an innovation oriented community, focused on circular solutions from Israel. Hosted by Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
